A typical day begins with the dreaded school run. Navigating traffic when your kids make you late, cause they won’t get out of the house.
STRESS!
Drop them off, have a chat with my best friend, a parent; then head home to work. Well I could be dealing with Design issues, Editorial briefs, or even supply issues from manufacturers.
This is the face of
WORK!
My real passion is writing. What actually happens, having to multi-task at this level, provides me with a plethora of ideas for many storylines.
I literally get inspiration from anywhere – people interacting in the supermarket – people going about their business – even from my own kids.
I must say though, I do get a fair amount of support when I really need it, not very often but nonetheless I can draw on it when I need to.
Well that’s enough about my hectic life. I wouldn’t have it any other way. I feel fortunate, as its filled with love daily.
